The world
of today is rapid firing, divided between "2Ps" Perform or Perish. Every day, a
new set of requirements, catapult the needs defying the originated scope, not
on service but a demand from others. What has commitment become?
Money,
the illusion of mindset is the only factor defines in today's world. The
inner voice first time starting thinking, more and more, the ways to hit on the
supply, as to demand.
Reality -
Is this an Intro?
Happen to
meet a subcontractor working on partitions, false ceiling, and
demolition. Check lists, Site visits, risk analysis, access, and like,
governed his price. Comparison for price was the parameter of award…….Hmm
Initial
stages are enthusiastic but apathetic later. End of first week, here
comes in, hindrance in access, material, readiness, safety, insurance and the
list goes on.
Prelude
and meet-up focus now started focusing on Demand economics.

to Demand
"Rates
needs renegotiation", thought peeps in. Sets tone for problem of
work allocation, availability, and no productivity. Preamble of
discussion sets the reminder for supply as the productivity is not
achievable.

Especially in the construction industry, the principles of
management of cash flow, systems and people, draws the line between demand and
supply.
The main cause remains, do we hire the right people to do the
right work.......?
The 2Ps - Redefined of Plenty Vs. Poor
Business does not need to look good, as the objective is "2Ps" Performance
and Profitability so does the Perform or Perish
